We are the young president's organization of Cincinnati and Dayton. This logo is being used to represent our education year for 2023 and 2024 where we have events throughout the year and we are using this logo to represent the theme of the education year. Below is the write-up that will describe the year and the events:

Ladies and gentlemen, attracting, retaining, and motivating talent is our top-gun strategy. It's our most powerful weapon in this high-stakes battle. We have the opportunity to leverage it to our advantage, but we must remember that only the best of the best will do.

The rules of engagement have shifted. Today, our recruits and troops hold the same power as our leadership. Talent acquisition has evolved at supersonic speed, and it's imperative that we join forces and learn from each other to emerge victorious in this war. Time is ticking, and the next generation of recruits demand nothing less than blazing speed and an unquenchable fire within!

The competition is dogfight fierce, but the game remains unchanged. The stakes have reached unprecedented heights.

That's why, come September, we're taking off on a YPO education year mission.

Our objective: to elevate each other's talents and build businesses that attract and retain only the elite.
