Slogan to incorporate in the logo
We're celebrating our 20th anniversary so we'd like the logo to be able to incorporate that, (for the next 12 months. ) Not crucial to this project, but we also have two slogans that we use in different places. They don't have to be part of the logo but it would be nice if they could fit: 1) Brand you like. Deals you'll love. and 2) Adding Value to Membership.
Description of the organization and its target audience
We are a shopping portal for 4 associations that represent professionals (engineers, scientists, researchers, accountants, etc.) that work for the Canadian federal government. Our members get discounts at international and Canadian brands like Apple, Lenovo, Marks, TELUS, and over 50 others. Our goal is to add value to membership in the associations.

Other notes
We're mostly expecting wordmark logos, wanting to make it easy for our members to connect our old look to our new one, but we are open to other ideas. We are friendly, not formal, upbeat but professional.
We like the idea of something that can featured across our website like a '+' sign or the swooping lines in the other logo that we've provided but it's not essential. We know that the '+' can look like a church cross or a pharmacy.

Final files
If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
