Other notes
I have started putting together a logo design (attached) but need someone to finish off the process.
- I'm happy with this design as a concept however the logo seems 80% done so I need it brought to life as it seems flat. Feel free to get creative with a different version of the "AJ". Maybe you can make it look different/better?
- I love geometric patterns
- The "AJ" brand stamp/pattern represents a path/home buying journey. Would be interested to see how that could be modified.
- Would be interested to see different types of typography in upper and lower case.
- The colour scheme for my branding I'm fairly happy with (see list of specific colour requirements).
- I'm inspired by cool looking minimalist architecture branding. I want to come across as modern and edgy but also warm - nothing cheesy
- I LOVE the look of this website if it helps with overall look and feel for branding: https://kobu.co/ (I particularly like that mix of typography)
- With my overall branding, I want someone to look at it and think I could be an architect or a designer of some sort whist keeping it professional with some warmth
- I'm inspired by mid century design and minimalism
- Overall, if my branding could replicate that of https://kobu.co/ I'd be very happy.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
