Design New Website for Hip Community Kitchen

We are a community kitchen located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania where small local food entrepreneurs can rent kitchen time and storage space. Our target audience are small food businesses - caterers, bakers, food trucks, private chefs, etc.

I think rustic, modern vintage, modern victorian or minimalist would all work well for this website - really, we're just excited to see what you all come up with. We're a new business and don't have a fixed brand image yet. Your design will help us find that image. We don't have a powerful photo of our kitchen or building to use for the home page - it's just not that photogenic :) Instead, please use stock photography. Images can be anything you like but please don't use wide shots of other kitchens- we don't want to misrepresent ourselves and imply that we have amenities that we don't. We don't want this site to be too serious - have some fun with it. We are a small kitchen and want a casual, fun atmosphere for our clients. Not goofy - just not corporate looking. We're all artisans and creative food professionals so that type of look and feel should appeal to the kinds of people we're trying to attract. Somewhere on the home page please provide a link to our other business' website, Crowded Kitchen Fresh Stocks and Staples. Since both businesses have "Crowded Kitchen" in their names, people are going to get confused - please try to make it easy for them to get to the right place.

I'd like one home page layout and one general use secondary page layout.

We're open to a light or dark backgrounds and have attached both light and dark logos for you. The logo "CK 2 black background.ai" has the incorrect slogan (Fresh Stocks And Staples) - please use the correct slogan (Community Cookhouse) from "logo-black.ai".
