iestates got their new web page design by running a design contest:
New website design wanted for easy staffing

Business & Consulting
staffing agency that posts jobs to job boards, screens candidates through written and phone interviews, and then provides the top candidates to our clients.
http://basecamphq.com/ - this is a great site for communicating the product right on the home page sortfolio.com - function meets style hatbox.co - we like his design - simple and clean theswishlife.com - simple, clean feelwire.com - like the use of OPEN space http://paiko.de/ - beautiful background with simple text on front http://digitalmash.com/work#digitalmash - absolutely love the look of this project
So we’re launching a new kind of staffing company that is offering three versions of one product. Specifically, one of our other companies has developed our own automated interviewing software (rivs.com) and this will be the sister company to deliver the final product, which is essentially pre-qualified and screened candidates for a particular job. So the customer will pay for one of three packages: a) top ten candidates $xxx, b) top 20 candidates $xxxx, or c) all candidates for $xxxx. The client will provide us details like the job description, compensation, location, which pre-qualifying questions they want us to ask, which written and phone interview questions they want us to ask, etc. We will then go to work finding those candidates, and our deliverable is to provide them the candidates they request via an online interface where they can see our candidate picks, see their resume, etc, view answers to written questions, listen to the phone interview questions, etc. I’ve attached our latest site flow document. For the most part, this is a relatively new concept, but the beauty is in its simplicity, so the website needs to reflect that. Your deliverables to us would be: 1) Logo - Use the "easystaffing" name for now, but that will probably change later 2) Home page -this will give users a BIG message about what it is we do -below the header image will be a basic listing of our three product versions and their details (see attachment "homepage example" for example layout) -this will include a 'how it works' section -this will include customer testimonials 3) Front-end Subpage -these subpages are meant to give us room to explain more details about each offering -there should be a lot of open space on the left and a column on the right for other links and info -we need to also make this into an ordering page, so that should be kept in mind. 4) Back-end Subpage -this will allow our users to review the final product and their orders. -the design should be similar to the front-end, but with a few color changes so the user knows they are in the review area -see wireframes for how this might look https://pidoco.com/rabbit/api/prototypes/50439/pages/page415.xhtml?api_key=OLojhYoW5KnVV2aRZ1DEE7awYF8Uk4gHYTDadtwx&mode=sketched https://pidoco.com/rabbit/api/prototypes/50439/pages/page5219.xhtml?api_key=OLojhYoW5KnVV2aRZ1DEE7awYF8Uk4gHYTDadtwx&mode=sketched We may need some post-project support, and are happy to pay an hourly rate (which we'll need to know beforehand). In terms of slicing, we’d be happy to have you to do that, but it would need to be done with divs and with HTML5 in mind. It sounds like that’s your preference, so we should be good. All that said, hopefully this is enough information to provide a quote. We do about 12 projects this size or larger per year, and we have a go-to designer, but are hoping to find someone with whom we can diversify our options. Budget is flexible
most of our buyers will be small business owners, so getting the point across quickly and effectively is important. we don't want a lot of fluff.
