Die Schäferei Rolfs ist ein Anbieter für Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof in Büsum Deichhausen an der Nordseeküste. 20 Ferienwohnungen auf dem Hof, ein Hof-Café, eine Spiel- und Erlebnisscheune und verschiedene Aktivangebote, wie Reitkurse o.ä., machen die Schäferei Rolfs zu einem beliebten Urlaubsdienstleister für Familien mit Kindern- zu 98% aus Deutschland. Die aktuelle Webseite ist ca. 8 Jahre alt, hat monatlich zwischen 3.000 und 5.000 Besuchern. Das aktuelle Content Management System ist Siquando Web Es ist ein Relaunch geplant, um das Design den aktuellen Anforderungen der Nutzer und die Grundstruktur der Seite auf aktuelle Suchmaschinenanforderungen anzupassen und insgesamt einen neuen Focus auf Verkauf und Dialog zu legen. The sheep farm Rolfs is a provider of Farm Holidays in Büsum Deichhausen on the North Sea coast in Germany. We are offering 20 apartments, a Farm- café, play and adventure barn, and various activities are offered, such as riding lessons, etc.. The sheep farm Rolfs is a popular holiday service provider for families with children. 98% are guests from Germany. The current web site is about 8 years old, has between 3,000 and 5,000 visitors each month. The current Content Management System is Siquando Web. A relaunch is planned in order to adapt to the current requirements of users – such as real time online booking. In addition a new emphasis should be placed on dialogue with guests and selling.

Wir stellen uns eine bildstarke Seite vor, die das emotionale Thema des Reisens mit Kindern gut transportiert. Dennoch handelt es sich um einen Bauernhof, das Leben ist eher rustikal und sehr naturverbunden. Das Corporate Design (siehe angehängte Dokumente) transportiert das ‚ländliche Leben‘ und dies soll auch unbedingt erhalten bleiben. Dennoch soll die künftige Homepage eine gute Verkaufsorientierung ausweisen. Die beigefügte Skizze zeigt eine „Call to Action-Leiste“ – die den Einstieg in den Dialog des users mit dem Anbieter sehr einfach macht. Künftig sollen die Ferienwohnungen online in Echtzeit buchbar sein- der Buchungseinstieg soll sowohl über diese Dialogleiste, als auch aus dem Content heraus möglich sein. Auch im Content (z.B. unter der Beschreibung einer Ferienwohnung) soll ein Einstieg in den Kaufprozess möglich sein. Der user soll künftig die Wahl haben, ob er in den online Buchungsprozess oder einen Anfrageprozess per Mailformular einsteigen möchte. Das Design muss responsiv umsetzbar sein. We envision a strong visual site (with large pictures), that transports the emotional topic of traveling with children. Nevertheless, we are farm holiday provider, life is more rustic and very close to nature. The corporate design (see attached documents) transports “country life “ and this should remain strictly preserved. Nevertheless, the future Homepage should focus on a good sales orientation. The attached sketch shows a "Call to Action Bar" - which enables a direct entry into the dialogue of users with the seller. In future, the apartments are bookable online in real time. No matter in which chapter the user is, the call to action –bar with direct entry to the booking engine, is visible all time. The entry into the online booking and a request by mail or the purchase of a voucher is also possible out of the content. The design must be responsive!

Ja, es soll ein Bauernhof bleiben (und kein Hotel werden) - aber ein professioneller Ferienanbieter.- es soll keine Hochglanzbroschüre werden. Das Corporate Design soll erhalten bleiben und die Wiedererkennbarkeit ebenso. Yes, it should remain a farm (and not look like a hotel or leisure park) - but a professional holiday provider for familiys. Our site should not become a “glossy brochure”. The corporate design has to be retained and the recognition as well.
