Need a dramatic, web design overhaul for our AI & data science hiring platform

We help businesses hire AI & data science freelance talent, on-demand (<48 hours). Our target audience, at the moment, is an early-stage venture seeking top-notch AI and/or data science remote talent.

We are a professional, futuristic brand. We're global (top talent from all over the world). Think Jarvis from Iron Man/Tony Stark. We lean on darker colors to provide a sense of professionalism and elite quality.

Landing page: Sample profiles from network with brands they worked for, brands that trust us section (they are in fact brands that have hired the talent on our network), service description, roles covered under AI/data science, how it works section, blog/thought leadership section (optional). We don't have client reviews yet but I have photos with HR leaders from conferences that I have attached. World's Finest: We want to explain our screening & vetting process and show clients that we are an elite network tailored exactly to AI/data science. Hire Talent: We want the client to be able to schedule a sales/inquiry call while providing info (currently we ask for this info as part of the Calendly process). Some other elements in this section to provide clarity to client would be great. Individual talent profile (when you click on a sample profile on landing page) - (optional - if you want to be awesome and help us improve it too :) )

I'm really looking for something high-quality that rivals www.toptal.com and the other websites I showed. The website is currently amateur and not great. I need the redesign to turn it into something truly impressive that will increase our conversion rate from ads through to sales call.
