We are a San Diego, CA. landscape contractor with over 25 years of experience. We specialize in landscape installations, and irrigation installations, we also do landscape installations based off of architecture plans.

Style/theme ideas

we want it artsy, simple but with attention to detail. These are the words that I would like to use to describe our future website: calm, clean, elegant, fresh, timeless.

Page descriptions

We are open to suggestions, after all, you are the designer, but from what we've seen this is what we have liked so far: ***Home Page- we want our logo and our contractor's license number "Lic C-27 #1014638" visible and clear, we would like either icons or picture thumbnails with the name of the services we offer underneath them. ***Services- We would like this page to list most of our services, but only a few of them will have their dedicated page. Irrigation, Installations, Turf Management, Commercial maintenance. ***Our work- we would like for the designer to design this page with us in mind, as we want to be able to upload pictures to this page throughout the year. ***Contact- We would like on this page a map to be shown with the areas we service, we like cross lawn care website's contact page.

The Brief

What to avoid

We want a clean, professional look. We are not opposed to dark backgrounds but would like to instead see matte, muted colors such as the ones on our logo, or colors that will make our logo pop.

Other notes

we would love a few "Request Quote" buttons throughout the website, and for the button to direct to the contact page. We don't have pictures we would like to use at this moment so we are fine with stock photos ( we would like more artsy, than lets say...the picture of a rose, we will include sample pictures) and a simple, professional, website. We want to make sure customers know we are real, and we want our website to be the first impression our clients get from us which is professional but approachable, and great at customer service.

Website redesign

After new logo design, Origin building group is continuing brand development with redesign of their website. Design we settled with is clean, modern and minimalistic. Sans lettering with big yet thin titles, and clear body text is light and welcoming, and softens rather cold teal colorway. Design is compacted in one page with lot of white space and subtle details in background, which makes scrolling lot more pleasurable. Working with Manuel was great experience once again, and we're both happy with result :)
