Design a Security Logo for a Veteran-led Company

Our Business: Global Guardian is an international security company offering a full range of duty of care services both domestically and overseas. These services include personnel tracking, emergency response, security and transportation support, intelligence and due diligence medical support and transportation, emergency and custom aviation, cyber security, and video surveillance monitoring. Global Guardian’s management team is comprised of former military Special Operations and federal law enforcement personnel, all of whom have extensive experience in international security operations. Global Guardian is partnering with a new company and we need to combine our logos. I’ve attached a combination of the logos that we put together (we know these look really bad!). We need your expertise in creating a new logo. The word in the logo should read “Global Air Ambulance.” The wing needs to be blue. The text can be blue/grey. The ‘Global’ needs to keep the helmet and the globe element. This is key to our brand. The most important feature of the new logo will be keeping the helmet/globe element that we currently have. We also want to incorporate the wing somehow. We are not sure about the cross, but we are open to taking suggestions. This is not a total rebrand, and we want the old feeling of the logo to be very visible in the new logo. The changes should be subtle. In addition, the file titled (INITIAL DRAFT OF LOGO) is the specific logo we are looking to recreate. This should be the starting point.
