contact Q7 got their new signage by running a design contest:
Create/refine a pop-up banner design for a drone technology company

What's your vision?
We need a three-banner setup designed to be used for a trade show booth backdrop. The banners we will be using are the 31.5”x85” ones found at http://smartpress.com/offering/retractable-banners. The printing specifications can be found at http://smartpress.com/resources/sites/1_site/assets/31_5_Retractable_Banner_Template.pdf As a niche company with a specific and unique product, we have really thought through the wording and general layout that we would like on the banners but we need you to give it that designer’s touch! Attached is a rough concept idea for your reference. Note that you do not have to follow this design - we do like the current layout of the side panel backgrounds, but are open to other options as well. We also like the use of the aperture portion of the Field of View logo in the design (like a watermark style, etc). We definitely want the center panel to pop/attract attention, especially since the side panels are more informational. Feel free to be creative in the design as long as: -The content/wording stays on the specified panels -The design is clean, modern, and professional (and not too busy) -It adheres to our green, gray, black, white color scheme -It catches people’s eye and gets them to read more and talk to us Below is a detailed description of what content we would like on each panel. The text in >><< should be emphasized in some way (bold, larger, all caps, etc). It would be nice if the text within [ ] was held together as a single idea in some way (isn’t split between lines, has the same styling, etc). Feel free to stylize the text with different fonts/sizes within a phrase. Beyond this, we definitely want our website on the banners somewhere. At least on the center panel, maybe on all three if appropriate. Left panel Main point: “Hassle-free geotagging” Sub point: “Finally, a [>>purpose-built<< geotagging device] for airborne [DSLR and mirrorless cameras]” Images: left_background, s1000-silhouette, GeoSnap1, GeoSnap2 GeoSnap1&2 caption: “GeoSnap Products camera add-ons for geotagging and triggering” Other: we would like the s1000-silhouette placed somewhere near the horizon of the background image with a call-out pointing to a the type of text that makes up a geotag (an example of this is shown in the rough concept). Right panel Main point: “Accelerated processing” Sub point: “[>>Ready-to-import<<] and accurate [camera position data] for image [stitching software and services]” Images: right_background, IMG log (note, we provided the .txt file log so that you can manipulate it to whatever form factor you need before screenshotting it), Pix4D_logo (crop the Simply Powerful off the bottom), Agisoft_logo (feel free to slightly recolor the Agisoft logo to better match the other greens) Pix4D_logo caption: “mapper Pro” Agisoft_logo caption: “Photoscan Pro” Other: we would like to somehow indicate that the IMG log feeds into the Pix4D and Agisoft software Center panel Subtitle: “Aerial imaging products from people that know mapping” Website: “fieldofviewllc.com” Images: Field of View logo
The Pix4D logo comes with a design/color usage guide, so that is attached as well. Also, I attached guidance screenshots of the IMGlog to show what data columns to include in a screenshot, width-wise, for two different aspect ratios.
