We are a custom builder of homes. Large renovations and new residential construction is our main market. We take care of all aspects of the building from start to finish - which includes getting permits, using our engineers and architects, our contacts in building supplies and building. We spend time with our clients using our team of professionals to find out what our clients need and find a practical and beautiful solution. We are more professional than the typical builder in our services to our clients.

1.We need a construction lawn sign designed. This sign will be erected in front of the property being constructed. This will be a large sign. The sign itself (not including legs) should be approximately 6.5 feet tall and about 2 feet to 3 feet wide. (This way it will be able to fit into a vehicle for easier transport). The sign will have two parts, a left and a right. The two signs will be held together with hinges. This way the sign can be placed in a shape of a V. The reason for this is that when the sign is positioned on the property, people will be able to see the sign coming from either direction including seeing it when looking directly towards it. It is important to note that the V shape is vertical. This means the sign would look like the front of a ship going through water - that is the point of the V would point towards the road way and would run from the ground up to the top of the sign. Do NOT confuse this shape with the type of sign which looks like an A frame where the hinges face up to the sky. If you need more clarification contact me. The sign can be symmetrical or Asymmetrical. 2. It needs to convey several messages on it. We will most likely modify these messages so please leave some space - for now we will most likely have the following wording on the sign: Call to book walk through tours of our projects, We offer warranties on our work, 905-848-1313, Icon Estates Design - Build, iconestates.ca, Call Andre Zupancic. 3. We will also need a space set aside on the sign to post our current job. So, incorporate a space approx 2 feet by 2 feet to allow us to add an image of the current floor plans. 4. The sign needs to look elegant and rich but must be easy to read with clear text that can be read while people drive. I am open to creativity.
