TERMS & CONDITIONS
· I reserve the right to showcase the Deliverables in my portfolio, website, exhibitions, and other media for professional recognition, promotional purposes, and acknowledgment of creative excellence. Proper authorship credit will be maintained in all such instances.
· If the Client cancels the Project for any reason other than the Designer’s failure to meet the agreed terms, no refunds will be issued, and no rights to the Deliverables will be transferred.
· Expedited (fast-track) orders are available at an additional 25% fee.
· A 25% privacy fee will apply if you require complete project confidentiality.
· I reserve the right to decline any request that conflicts with my ethical or professional standards.
· By selecting this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Note: These are only examples, separate print files are not included.

Deliverables
- A4 Book format is ready for print, and digital media is supplied as a single PDF file.

Additional charges may apply for any elements to be included in the brand guide apart from the above (depending on complexity). Particular sections could be excluded or replaced with another one.

If you prefer a particular size, please advise in advance. I'll charge a full redesign payment if you require a different size of the guide at the end of the project.
