This is a Logodesign für a property management company. In my vision, it needed a strict and serious appearance. So I decided to use a serif font. The light blue in combination with the darker blue gives the design a fresh touch. It's simple but professional as well. The linear graphic main element reflects a rugged building. So the company got a static and confident appearance to the target audience.

I was inspired by the modern touch of buildings and made a straight design with modern parts. It's an interpretation of the way a house will be built. Also, the logo shows the way of restoration with the blocks. You get a new block on top of an old one. These Blocks are closed in a bigger block which is open on top to let there be space for new things (it's an interpretation of modernizing a home).
