There is some idea inside the flyer design:

For the color, I using the existing color from your company website (the 4 color on navigation bar), and make it as a series of flyer.

I also simplify the content given to point form, it will make viewer more easier to understand, but if you request in more details, I would like to do the adjustment for you.

As the design brief mentioned, there is some point you want to emphasize, which is "community friendly", "family friendly" and "beautiful surroundings". I based on these point to select the images for each flyer, and focus on human and animals (kangaroo) to make it more close to the points.
