A total loss. Retained for business cards and letterhead and the designs are unusable. We provided examples that weren't followed, fonts that weren't observed and ultimately we had to design everything ourselves in house. After several rounds of feedback we gave up because the new designs had the same exact problems as the previous versions. Also everything was pixilated.
