The Sarcoma Cycling Brigade is a charity cycling team that raises money to support cancer research and treatment - particularly forms of sarcoma. Brigade team members participate alongside other “teams” and a total of 5,000 riders each year in a 2-day bike-a-thon called the Pan-Mass Challenge.
