diegoolalde got their new product packaging by running a design contest:
Aesthetic Label for Vegan Protein Power
Check out diegoolalde's Product packaging contest…
Description of the product
We are AdaptogenLab. A company which creates and sells natural supplements. For this project we need a label for Gorilla Protein. Gorilla protein is a vegan protein powder made with a unique blend of bamboo powder, vegan proteins, antioxidants and healing plants which provide all the nutrients that you require to build muscle and stay healthy. We drew inspiration from Gorillas, powerful, muscular animals with a completely vegetarian diet and bamboo being one of their main staples. Words that describe us: * Natural * Vegan * Organic * Bamboo * Gorilla * Athlete * Nutrition
Description of the product target audience
Athletes, people who exercise, people who want to complement their diet.
We need a label for our vegan protein: Gorilla Protein. Container: * 2lb (32 oz) with rounded borders (see images attached). * In your design feel free to make the container BLACK or WHITE or BOTH. * The position and size of label should be equal to that of the provided image: sample_label_gold_standard_whey_protein.png. The label should include: * Product Name: Gorilla Protein * A minimalistic gorilla. * Our brand logo, AdaptogenLab, small. * Bamboo plants (since the product contains bamboo). The label should feel: * Clean * Organic * Eye-catching * We've provided a container for KOS protein (image: kos_protein.png), which we like, as inspiration. NOTE: although we like the style, the label that you will be designing should have same position and dimensions as the label in image: sample_label_gold_standard_whey_protein.png.
What to avoid
Avoid pictures. We want the label to be graphic design only.
Container of 2lb (32 oz) with rounded borders (see sample images attached). Precise dimensions will be provided to the winner for final adjustments.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their product packaging.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
diegoolalde collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
