(www.gregorydylanbeauty.com) Demographic is primarily (not exclusively) female, aged 25 to 50 who spend money on luxury home care beauty products at stores like Ulta, Sephora, Nordstrom, etc.
What's your vision?
I need a dynamic label for my new skin serum (Serum X-O2 by Gregory Dylan Skincare. An effective skin treatment to provide gentle, daily exfoliation and oxygenating benefits to the skin for improved texture, tone and radiance) that is both chic yet professional and stands out on a retail shelf. My brand is modern and fun, with a very clean esthetic but should also convey a feeling of efficacy and results with a high-end vibe. Label will be approx a 5"w x 2"h wrap around for a black cylinder tube box with 1oz glass bottle inside. (Bottle label will be a 2" square version of the front portion of wrap label) Glass bottle can be black or white or blue, depending on final design. (Please see uploads for more info) I would like the branding of the skincare product to "echo" back to my Skin care studio branding...so they should look somewhat related but not identical. I would like to see options with my diamond logo, but fine to see options without. I favor the indigo and berry tone, but again, open to suggestions as long as it looks great. I need your creativity!!! Also, I will likely add foil hot-stamp accent, so please keep this in mind while designing, for border, diamond logo, etc. Also, this label will need to easily transition to future packaging as well (eye cream, face lotion, etc.)
I have uploaded a very simple version of what I did that I feel is too basic, but shows some branding and key components. (feel free to use current copy or latin to fill space for now. Ingredient deck pasted below) Along with the studio branding (gift cards, business cards, etc . FYI: font is Novecento) for inspiration and the cylinder box and bottle. (again, bottle can be matte or gloss black or white or the blue shown...so some creative flexibility there.) I have also uploaded some other brands whose labels I like. I really love the chevron and foil on the Charlotte Mensah...so chic and modern. The simple red triangle on black and white on Appia is quite cool (but hate the Appia font, lol). Color blocking on Glossier is very sleek.
