Design a 3 piece advertising campaign

Arbor Real Estate is a multi-million-dollar boutique residential real estate company in southern California. Arbor Real Estate has some of the best top producing real estate agents, who primarily focus on coastal Orange County properties.

We are looking for a three-piece advertising campaign to showcase one newly listed property. The campaign needs to include: • One: 8.5 x 11 - 2-sided flyer - portrait or landscape orientation • One: 10.5x 5.5 - 2-sided postcard (for direct mailing purposes) portrait or landscape orientation • One: 11x17 (flat size) / 8.5x11 (finished/ folded size) 4 page brochure - portrait or landscape orientation Each of these pieces will showcase one property. Attached are variations or color combinations of our company logo, sample property images, sample agent headshot image, color guide, and company website address (arborrealestate.com) for reference and use in building marketing materials. Creativity comes alive for the designer given the choice of logo color combos, and what photos are used and how they are used to highlight / showcase the property best. From the entries submitted, we are also offering the discussion in a position to join our team as a part-time designer (compensated monthly).
