Copenhagen monument - An international landmark!

Project X monument - Copenhagen

The project's vision is to visualize Denmark's current status, so every citizen in a simple and quick way can answer the question: "How is it really going in Denmark?" and: "Are we really living better lifes than we did 20 years ago ?".

We believe that major questions should be addressed with great attention from the public eye. We have therefore decided to build a massive dynamic symbol which will provide the overview of key national figures selected by the Danish population. The monuments physical size is important to promote the project effectiveness. Hereby so bypassing citizens and politicians will stop and think about the current and future development of the nation. This should inspire all, to assess whether the country is on the right track, and what areas you should focus on improving.

The data for the monument has not yet been decided. However for your inspiration think of: GDP, GDP per capita, Crime rate, corruption, happiness index, educational level, ecological footprint, average age etc.

You are also deffiantly right that this project is going to be extremely expensive. That being said we already have letters of intent from varios invetors and charity funds that are going to back the project.

Furthermore for you security that your design will actually be used. The team behind the project are all members of http://www.nestcopenhagen.dk/. All of whom has experience with raising capital for companies and non-profit.

What we would like designed is various ideas of how our monument could
look like. Everything goes:)

However the winner will probaly be the design that has the most
interesting dynamic feature that will impress visiting citizens and
tourists. If possible an engaging design will defiantly also catch our
interest.

Remember that it is important to that the monument shows and tells the
data by numbers.

Think big and remember that this could be one of the most famous designs you will ever be part of making!
