Name our Superhero

We develop technology for law enforcement to help generate investigative leads, apprehend criminals, reduce crime and save lives. Our customers include police departments, sheriff's departments, state patrols, and all manner of federal agencies. Specifically, our technology includes cameras that read license plates and compare the license plates to wanted vehicle databases (stolen, amber alert, wanted felon, etc) and facial recognition technology to help identify unknown suspects by comparing their images to images of known individuals (mugshots, registered sex offenders, etc).
What's your vision?
We are developing a comic book character to be featured in a small number of comic strips showing our superhero using our technology in her crime fighting efforts. We need a good name for our character that is catchy and somewhat communicates elements of vigilance, justice, crime fighting, integrity, honesty, and overall goodness. We already have a design firm working on the character - this contest is only to develop a list of possible names for our crime-fighting character.
There are certain sensitivities in the media around our technology - the media portrays it as "Big Brother" which is not the case. There are laws around how the technology can and can't be used, and many of the claims in the media are just ludicrous. Nevertheless, we want to avoid names that may imply something akin to big brother, surveillance, spying, etc. We are also using a female superhero and want to have a name that is respectful and does not have any negative female connotations with it (i.e. we had considered using "vixen" or "madam" in the name but scratched them from the list because of negative connotations). Please put on your creative thinking hat, and give us some names...but please be sure to Google them and make sure they are not already taken...we were surprised that some of our internal ideas were already taken by other comic book characters. Attached is a teaser ad, as well as a visual on some of the name options that we had considered and images to help inspire our design team on what the character should look like. The color blue is one of our company colors and is also affiliated with law enforcement...it isn't required but if you were thinking of something incorporating a color (like "Green Lantern") the color should be blue.
