一般社団法人ウェルビーング心理教育アカデミーという、心の健康と幸せについて科学的な知見を用いて教える人たちを育てる団体です。 「人や社会を幸せに導く、科学的根拠に基づいた理論と方法」を、学者や専門家だけでなく、一般の方々にも分かりやすく＆使いやすく学べる機会（講座やセミナー）を提供していきたいと考えています。 日本名はウェルビーング心理教育アカデミーですが、英語名は Academy for Wellbeing Education となります。 顧客層は６−７割が女性ですが、男性も少なくはありません。主婦層から学生、企業の人事関係者やコンサルタント職の方々まで幅が広いです。 こちらが、弊アカデミー設立の理念（まだ前身となる組織のサイトです）などが書かれたサイトです。 ... ポジティブ心理学という心理学を土台にしているので、文字としては「ポジティブ」が主体のように見えますが、中身は「中庸」の科学です。 ポジティブとネガティブ、自己理解と他者理解、個人と社会・・・など、どちらかに偏るのではなく、どちらも合わせ持つことが大切であるということを主軸に据えています。
