Mobile Game Logo for Okoa Simba

Games & Recreational
This logo is for a mobile game called "Okoa Simba" which is swahili for "Save the Lion" it is all about solving a puzzle to release a lion who is caught in a cage by poachers. During the intro to the game, we have a 3D animation showing our hero, the lion as John Travolta in the opening scene from Saturday Night Fever, looking very cool as he struts through the African Savannah. Then he gets caught in a cage and the player has to work to free him.
The logo will often appear on an orange background (fe9225 - R:254 G:146 B:37) and so the colors in the logo should not conflict with that. Attached here is a PNG of the lion caught in his cage. That image MUST be included somewhere within the logo. We may update it with the 3D version, but the concept (lion headshot in a cage) will remain and must be in the logo.

And then… they selected a winner!
INcredible experience. Creative concept with a very clean execution. Of all my 99Designs contests, this is the first time I have ever awarded the project to the very first response I received, but simply nobody beat Anna. Great to work with and super-fast. Thank you!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
