jonk212 got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Mailmo needs a new logo
Check out jonk212's Logo design contest…
Mailmo is an Email API that allows an app to request access to a user's email, but with certain privacy restrictions. For example, TripIt reads its users travel-related email, and might use Mailmo so that it only sees emails from Expedia, JetBlue, Hilton, etc. The target audience is two-fold: developers, who will build apps on top of the Mailmo API, and end-users, who will trust Mailmo as the guardian of their email data. For more information, see http://mailmo.at/ and http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=ztSIB4RCIN8 (NOTE: We are changing the name from MailMoat to Mailmo).
Logo types to explore
It's very important that we instill the sense that we are "trustworthy" to consumers. Simultaneously, we want to instill the sense of "modern" to app developers.
