About us
We design, build and sell modern luxury custom and semi-custom homes in Austin, Texas. Buyers are married with children - most likely 2 kids, and are college educated professionals and entrepreneurs. Buyers are looking for a more modern style of home, not a traditional style.

The logo I attached was just a starting point, but we do like the simplicity and clarity. However, we know it is lacking a little for the target market to recognize what we do at a glance. This logo is difficult as the main decision maker is female, but the male has to feel comfortable with us as builders as well as with our product. Since we are mostly building a modern home in an area that is mostly traditional, we need to take a balanced approach without losing our unique market position of being a builder and seller of modern homes. If using home icons, make sure to focus on a modern style of architecture and not a traditional style.
