About us
We are a family owned high end residential remodeling company. We specialize in custom residential remodeling projects, specifically kitchens, baths, and basements. 1)We want a clean, modern logo and love the thought of a logo with a FLOOR PLAN image as included in the inspiration below. Please note ***a floor plan image can sometimes look very similar to or be confused with an image of a maze********It is EXTREMELY important that the floor plan used as the image not look like a maze because that would be a poor layout or design in the remodeling world. We would be happy to clarify if needed. 2) We remodel interiors but do not build entire homes so do not want to include a roof or rooflines as a main feature of our logo. 3) We are a family owned business and a squirrel is an important family symbol. We would love to see a squirrel included in a subtle or secondary image within the “floor plan” image. We do not want the squirrel to be the main focal point of the logo but would like it to be placed in a clever or unique way! 4) If a window is used in the design, we do not prefer the 4-square negative space style that seems to be very common in logos with houses and rooflines. These type/style logos are VERY common in our city for remodeling and home construction companies. 5). Thank you for your efforts and creativity!! We truly appreciate your time!

Many remodelers in our community have a roofline vector image with their name below. We do not prefer this type of image. We would love to have an image of a squirrel discreetly placed within our main logo. We have previously used a vector image of a squirrel profile as the shape of the smoke coming from a house chimney. We are open to other ideas. Ideally would like a sub mark that had a larger squirrel for t-shirts and printed media.
