Tagd is a new Saas-solution targeting the SME and enterprise market, initially on the Nordic market but with global ambitions. It is not meant to be yet another document management or storage system, as most companies have several dedicated to specific areas and sectors such as Sales, HR, Legal etc. A common challenge for most companies is that the contracts are everywhere and nowhere. To ensure control a contract management solution is needed. However, collecting all contracts, continuous updating of information and securing that correct metadata is accessible for various competencies in the organization is a difficult task. Tagd is intended to be the system that keeps track of all the overarching information and commitments and tasks related to the agreements. See more in attached document.
