Information/company identity: iJump is a TANDEM SKYDIVNG company associated with fun, playfulness and excitement located in Gran Canaria (Canary Islands) The brand name is "iJump" and the location is "Gran Canaria" reason why the logo should include the brand name "iJump" as the main word and the location (Gran Canaria) should be secondary and replaceable during business expansion. The image of the logo should be usable on its own (without the fonts with the name) while still identifies the brand. (ie. on small places such as Facebook profile image, etc) The company slogan is: "Life is fun" (which could also be spelled "Life’s fun", whichever looks better on the logo). Brand colours are: Blue, White and Yellow. The blue and white should be crisp to make a reference to the sky while showing playfulness, cleanness and professionalism. The blue should be a shade of bright Blue (blue example Bright Navy Blue (#1671CF) and the yellow should be bright as well (yellow example Gargoyle Gas (#FAE842). The white should be plain white without any shading. The logo/company font should also have the company identity of “fun, playfulness, excitement and safety”. Perhaps using the happiness molecule “serotonin” or the “adrenaline” molecule on the design(?) This is just a suggestion but not necessary. I’m open to consider any design. Who is my client? INTERNACIONAL and DOMESTIC TOURISTS of all ages (most popular between 20 to 40 year old): Every year Gran Canaria receives around 4.6 millon tourists with the objective of experiencing the region and outdoor activities. (2) LOCALS: People who enjoys going out for food and outdoor activities, etc. Who is my target audience? Target Market? The objective of iJump Gran Canaria is to provide a service (outdoor adventure) through a product (tandem skydive) to tourist (international and from mainland Spain) who visit the islands to rest and have fun. iJump will target all people who seeks adventure, outdoor experiences, fun activities, etc, regardless of their age and gender. What are their needs? Life time experience; bucket list; excitement; adrenaline; fun; outdoor activities; activities to share with love ones; overcoming fears; birthday present; challenge; charity, etc What is my business needs? Show all potential clients that iJump can provide the best and safest experience for a reasonable price and that the experience is accessible for everyone. What is my/the business story? The owner/director has been in the skydiving industry for many year, working in dropzones around the world as the Chief Instructor and Operations Manager. The skydiving and management experience is combined with 20 years of experience in customer service on diferente industries around the world. The aim is to share the passion for skydiving and outdoor adventure giving everyone the possibility(make it accessible to virtually everyone) to do a tandem skydive and share that experience with their loved ones. What flavour am I bringing into my market? Mixture of cultures and exceptional customer service orientated. This experience will be presented with tailored personalised service to all customers. Latest technology, safest equipment, extensively experienced staff/instructors. What is my unique sales proposition? Offering shuttles, capacity to experience the service with customers’ love ones(bigger groups) than competition, reasonable priced, latest/best quality media products and processing times, all new top of the line skydiving gear (latest and safest technology), very experienced instructores who are reviewed and reassessed constantly to maintain the highest customer service and safety standards.
