The designer started out by presenting a great design for us. He worked with us as we made different changes and was willing to create different options based on the requests we made. He did say he would continue to work with us if we choose his design and then he failed to make the updates that we requested moving forward. Overall pleased with the design but not the follow through from the designer after we choose his particular design.
