About us

We are a new residential and light commercial builder working on our first project. We deconstructed a too far gone old house in downtown Fort Collins, CO and are building a new home in its place. We are trying to mix classic craftsman style elements with cleaner more contemporary lines/materials. We are trying to respect the downtown look and feel, but with new techniques and technologies. Our focus is on sustainability, energy efficiency, solid "good bones" structures that will last a long time.

We are hoping for a logo that reflects what we are doing with our homes. A new version of a classic style. A mix of craftsman style and clean lines. I would like to see a fresh clean font.
