Mynadeau got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Grow Your Family Strong or GYFS needs a new logo
Check out Mynadeau's Logo design contest…
Grow Your Family Strong is a comprehensive system that helps parents (especially busy, modern moms) put the latest nutritional science into action so their families can lead long and healthy lives. It's rethinking convenience around healthy eating away from prepared food to making whole food easy to prepare. Ultimately it will include information, technology tools to help moms plan and organize their families to prepare healthy whole foods, videos of recipes, and a social community of likeminded people. It's a social enterprise that aims to give parents the tools to feed their families better and no just advice of what they should do, but a keen focus on HOW to do it. Very practical, motivating and empowering. Please check out www.growyourfamilystrong.com for more information
Logo types to explore
I like clean, vibrant and simple logos. The target audience is predominately busy modern women, but I don't want it to be overly feminine because much of the audience is working moms who are looking for efficiency. The site will offer technology tools to help them organize their families meal planning using all whole foods. I'm open to using Grow Your Family Strong or GYFS as the logo. Final deliverable should include original vector file and avatar should be appropriate size for twitter and other social media. Competitors include Fresh 20, Lilly's Table, Plan to Eat. Please note that there will many photographs of food on the site.
