Als Resilienz- und Balance-Coach helfe ich dir, mit neuer Zuversicht schwierige Lebensphasen von innen heraus zu meistern und mögliche Blockaden oder körperliche Symptome aufzulösen. In deinem Transformationsprozess gehst du gestärkt hervor, um dir ein erfülltes Leben in Balance zu kreieren. Dies wird erreicht, indem ich dir deine neuen Fähigkeiten bewusst mache und nachhaltige Handlungsansätze aufzeige.
