Tiny Little Hearts Photography
Newborn, maternity, and babies fine-art, natural-light photography. Most clients, if not all, are going to be moms, their newborn babies, and moms-to-be.
I'd like to explore the following colors:
Aquas: Empathy, compassion, clarity and precision.
Aquas and light teal: 3CCDC9 / 46CCC3 / BFE8EE / B4E4EB / 9DDBE3 / 88D2DC / 49B6C2
Purples: AFB7D9 / C3CAE3 / CCD2E8
Blues: 88C5F5 / A5D4F7 / B4DBF9
Within light neutrals, these can work: C3C5CB / B3B6BD / A2A6AE
Teal and aquas are definitely my brand colours. Along with those, purples and light blues are also my favourites. Sometimes, I can also gravitate towards grays (light neutrals.) I have a strong dislike of pinks and bold colours.
I like simple, classy, elegant, and timeless things and I steer away from heavily ornate things and elements, or "cutesy" childlike images. I don't like anything that screams Microsoft Art Gallery —if you remember that— or "soccer mom." I want to convey the sense of graceful, safe tenderness with an elegant touch, inviting and feminine.
I've been inclined towards a logo with the initials "TLH" and "Tiny Little Hearts Photography" spelled underneath. I also thought using heart shapes within the script somehow (for example, replacing the dots in the i's, in place of the O's, etc.) However, including the hearts is not a requirement, but if it does look in harmony with the general look of the design, I'll definitely consider it. Either way, I'm open to be surprised with other ideas, as long as they fall within the parameters of my needs and likes. By the way, I don't want anything that looks like a camera or a lens. I feel those are overused in the industry.
If you would like to see what I may like or inspire me, I have pinned many logos I like here: https://www.pinterest.com/skmariana/99designs/
You'll notice that I tend to like handwritten / signature / script styles best.
At this point, the logo will be used on the business web site, as well as a watermark. Eventually, it will also be used for presentation packages for clients, business cards, promotional material, business documents, letterheads, etc. Therefore, I need not just the JPGs or PNGs, but the Photoshop layered, editable files, as well.
I've been for months trying to come up with a logo on my own since I consider myself to be very creative, but there has always been something missing. I'm glad that I found 99designs. I'm impressed at the quality and creativity levels I've seen in here. I'm hoping that in this great community I'm going to find someone who will be able to help me realize my vision.
One last thing: Please, no stock images. Only original work.
Looking forward to seeing some creative ideas and being blown away!!! And thank you so much for your efforts and for making it all the way through this long brief. ♥

No black backgrounds, please. And nothing resembling a camera or lens. No bees or birds, either. Thanks!
