Henrique Caiano got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Design a Logo for Codeplace.com - Standardised Code Tutorials
Check out Henrique Caiano's Logo design contest…
We are standardizing the way code tutorials are created by opening up our content development framework. Software developers will be able to create and distribute their own code tutorials as well as consuming from others. Our tutorials are called "Code Recipes". Check our landing page at www.codeplace.com Logos that we like (inspiration): http://imgur.com/a/VARtw Please don't use code related symbols because it's really overused from all the software companies. We're looking for something unique. It can be a character that transmit problem solving, intelligence, cool hi-tech but in a cool way. It can also be an unique abstract form. We're looking for suggestions so you don't necessarily need to do what we mention above. If you can do a typographic logo that's really unique it can also work for us. Like Tesla / Netflix and similar. Can't wait to discuss ideas with you.
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors: Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty. Light neutrals: Purity, balance and sophistication. Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their logo design.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
Henrique Caiano collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
