I am a hair stylist specializing in highlighting and cutting hair. I made a vision board and a profile of my Target Audience... She is 35-45 and lives happily in Marin County, California. She starts every day with a quick morning meditation then gets her two young children ready for school while sipping on coffee with Oat milk. She dreams of her next vacation to a new, exotic place. She spends her days working in a creative field that allows her a flexible schedule to meet the demands of her family. At night she goes home to her husband and kids and unwinds by sipping a glass of wine, scrolling social media, or watching Netflix with her hubby. On the weekends you’ll find her at kids’ sporting games, hiking with friends or hosting a casual dinner with her besties and their families. She often gets a sitter and goes for date night in a hip new restaurant or to a concert when her favorite band is in town. Personal style for her and her family are top priority and she values convenience and a healthy lifestyle above all else. She shops online at Lulu’s, Athleta and Lululemon for her casual mom days. But she definitely depends on Nordstrom’s, Zara, and J Crew for business attire. Her income level right now is 150,000 and she decides where she invests her money when she researches a business and it makes her feel aligned with her true self.
I currently host a domain name and email as Vicki Beauty. (Vickibeauty.com) I'm not sure how to incorporate Vicki Beauty with my first and last name that would make it sound like it has a ring to it. If you have any advice, that would be great. Also, I currently rent a chair in a salon and my Hair business is only me. I definitely want a clean, fresh, modern and sophisticated logo. I'm open to any suggestions regarding colors as well, but in my research, I found my target audience likes brands that are beige neutrals, grays, and a touch green or black.
