There are 3 elements that any winning design must include: An Eagle An American Flag (Does not necessarily have to be wholly intact, just the coloring would be fine) A picture of a house The most important thing to realize here is that our target customers are bank officials who are in charge of getting rid of what are called "non-performing assets" on the banks balance sheet. Therefore the logo should not be playful or silly in the slightest. It should look professional and instill an heir of confidence in whoever views it that this company is: Reliable Trustworthy Skilled in construction Efficient Experienced Knowledgeable Please note that every single one of these vocab words does not need to be addressed, but the overall theme/feeling that they instill does.
