we enable business to be more productive telephone based communication. we will do this by automatically transcribing to text all conversations and allowing that text to be organized, searchable, analyzed (in charts, reports and graphs), and actionable. ultimately we turn sound or voice into knowledge and power. initial target are the sales organization but we expect to expand into other parts of the enterprise organization eventually (i.e.: meetings, product marketing, product management, HR…). we believe sales orgs will find value because the sales process is a black box that we are opening up for analysis and understanding. the word accuvit is a combination of the prefix "acc" which means precision and vit which is old norse for "knowledge".
Logo types to explore
one other brand value we are interested in communicating is confidence. at the end of the day we are a businesss to business company selling expensive software that is super capable to drive tremendous upside for our clients. we want to inspire confidence and professionalism but being sleek and elegant. other things to keep in mind is that we are based in san francsico, overlooking the golden gate bridge and the temple of fine arts. ultimately we make sound/voice more productive. I've attached a few logo examples to help, 1) apple - because its sharp and clean. it inspires confidence, modernism, simplicity 2) microsoft - the logo redesign makes microsoft feel more modern and approachable, yet confident and clear. the logo mark, with its four colors speaks to its breadth and diversity of capabilities. 3) sound cloud - this is a literal translation of sound cloud. - the partial cloud represented as a sound wav and the cloud speaks to their literal capability of strong sound in the cloud. 4) square - this logo is a model of modern simplicity. its a fascinating symmetrical shape that speaks to strength, clarity and simplicity. 5) finally, British Airways new logo with its all caps serif font inspires confidence (its an airline, confidence is important), but the logo mark being fluid and dynamic speaks to the importance of hospitality - its a bit of a softer touch imbued with energy (the red) and looks much like an airplane in the wind.
