New brand logo for specialty meat company

We are a meat company based in Innisfail, Alberta. Our company name is SunGold Specialty Meats Ltd. www.sungoldmeats.com We are Canada's largest lamb plant (but we are small by meat plant standards). We currently sell lamb products under the SunGold brand and "Lamb Tonight" brand, primarily in Canada. We are looking to branch out into other high-end, niche proteins and would like to sell under a new brand. This would be items like specialty bison, beef, pork, lamb, goat and other red meats. The "Meatheads Choice" brand appeals to us as it hits on a couple of levels. First, we refer to ourselves as meatheads - so it refers to skilled people working on our craft in the meat industry. Second, customers who really like quality meat are referred to as meatheads. We would like a logo to use on marketing and packaging. Something classic, "artisan" and bold would be ideal.

See our website (sungoldmeats.com) for our current brands. We sell under SunGold and Lamb Tonight. "Meatheads Choice" is primarily for new items that don't fit our current lamb portfolio (bison, beef, specialty lamb, goat, perhaps pork, etc.)
