Anderson Summit Services maintains rental properties for Anderson Summit Rentals (a sister company/vacation rental company). List of services: Walk Through A comprehensive, biweekly home inspection to prevent and address common problems. Covers roughly 50 items in a home’s interior, exterior, and mechanical systems. Annual Inspections One fall and one spring check to prepare homes for summer and winter use. Seasonal inspections cover the roof, house, decks, mechanical systems, and landscape. Snowplowing Available for a monthly fee or on-demand. Monthly fee includes 10 pushes. Asphalt Sealing Anderson Summit uses sealants with a high percentage of solids and exceptional elasticity. They achieve a longer-lasting seal that flexes with extreme temperature variations. Whereas lesser quality seals last for one or two years, Anderson Summit’s last for three to five years on average. Tree Trimming Trimming and removal conducted by certified arborists who are trained to preserve the health and longevity of mountain greenery. Anderson Summit is the main name - Services is the sub-name (so make ANDERSON SUMMIT in some type of bold sans-serif font - then Services will play after it in a decorative or script or sub font) The symbol needs to represent summer and winter services. We live in a ski town, so snow plowing is a big service of ours, but landscaping during summer is as well. Not sure that we'd like a sun/snowflake icon representation, but thinking along those lines to tie in summer/winter. We don't have a specific style or idea, so sky's the limit!
