It's a real estate appraisal company. My last name is Banks so hence the name. The logo needs to appeal to real estate and mortgage professionals as well as the common homeowner.

Maybe try to incorporate a house and/or bank into the logo. But don't make it look like a cartoon. I want it to be very professional, so if a bank or house make it look cheesy leave it out. Possibly try to emphasis "Banks" in the logo, but do whatever you want. These are just thoughts, not requirements.
