Produire sa propre spiruline à 3 enjeux : - un enjeu environnemental : consommation de CO2, économie d'eau, remplacement des protéines animales - un enjeu alimentaire/santé : ressource de protéines pour les sportifs/végétariens, de fer pour les personnes anémiées, de vitamines ... Et à plus grande échelle notre projet participe à lutter contre la malnutrition dans le ... - un enjeu pédagogique : le kit sera utilisé pour former et sensibiliser les petits comme les grands aux enjeux cités ...
