kommunikationshelden - Training / Coaching / Consulting kommunikationshelden ist ein Unternehmen der Weiterbildungsbranche, spezialisiert auf professionelle Kommunikation. Pionier und Experte für die Call Center Branche mit 30 Jahren Markterfahrung. Unsere drei Bereiche im Detail: Consulting: Mit unserem Programm „Fit4Future“ begleiten wir Agents und Führungskräfte in Call & Communication Centern. Wir beraten Unternehmen hinsichtlich Organisationsentwicklung, innovativer Technologien wie Chatbots, Sprachanalyse und digitaler Führung. Coaching: Neben dem klassischen, analogen "Training-on-the-Job" ermöglichen wir Kunden mit der „digitalen CoachingBox“ , Zukunftstechnologien wie KI-gestützte Sprach- und Emotionsanalyse „out-of-the-box“ für Mitarbeitercoachings einzusetzen. Training: Seminare und Workshops für professionelle (Telefon-) Kommunikation, Führungskräfte-Entwicklung und Coach-the-Coach Ausbildung. Zielgruppe: Call / Contact / Service Center sowie Vertriebsorganisationen von Unternehmen und Dienstleistern. Kunden sind KMU und Marktführer in der DACH-Region. Buying Persona: mittleres Management, Abteilungs- u. Teamleiter, Alter ca. 30-40 Jahre Ziel: Mensch im Mittelpunkt, Angst nehmen vor Zukunft (Digitalisierung & Automatisierung), Motivation zum Ausprobieren & Lernen, Spaß am Lernen, nachhaltige Veränderung des kommunikativen Verhaltens, neues Selbstverständnis bzw. Wir sind an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit interessiert, d.h. wir werden weitere Aufträge etc. an den Gewinner des Wettbewerbes vergeben. kommunikationshelden kann entweder in der ausgeschriebenen Langform oder auch in der Kurzform kmh (steht für Beschleunigung der Transformation beziehungsweise die schnelle Verwandlung vom Callcenter Agent zum Helden) für das Design genutzt werden. Schwerpunkt der Designs auf Gestaltung zukünftiger Icons (wie digitale CoachingBox) und Abbildung von Prozessen im Web/SocialMedia. Anbei das bisher verwendete Logo.
