alex eZ got their new landing page design by running a design contest:
PPC Landing Page Focused on Lead Generation for Construction Company
Check out alex eZ's Landing page design contest…
We are a Remodeling company focusing on clients in New Jersey. We are trying to get people to submit forms requesting a free estimate for one of our services.
The page needs to incorporate the following elements: Encapsulation: This is a classic technique used to hijack your visitors eyes and create a tunnel vision effect. You can think of it like creating a window on your landing page where your CTA is the view. Contrast & Color: Focus on contrasting colors and you will be much more successful at making it stand out. Directional Cues: Call attention to the most important page elements (in this case the lead capture form) by using strangely placed and angled arrows. Tie a sequence of arrows together to define a path for the visitor to follow, ending at your CTA. Whitespace: Give your page elements breathing room to produce a calming effect and allow your CTA to stand out from the rest of your design.
Elements to include in the landing page
All the same content as seen on existing and perhaps a place for us to add testimonials of some kind. We wont have any photos of people giving testimonials but could put the site the testimonial was found on(like Angies List)
The main things we are trying to improve with the new page is increased conversion rate. Right now we are hovering around 2%.
