This constructor have problems when: 3d modeling: the owner imagine a very diferent facade of the building so bim brings a render to show how the front view looks. The architect shows the picture and the owner doesn't expect more. Square footage: he makes wrong deliveries of the material because he doesnt know how many sf of tiles he needs, but when he uses bim he knows how many material he needs and for when. - Material quantification: the plans are confused sometimes and all the material that is inside of an exterior wall can be missed. Bim shows where they are clashing, so they can coordinate to get a resolution off the problem in the computer instead of the job site.
