Verticalmove is a technical recruiting and staffing company focused on finding software engineers for companies such as American Express, Disney Streaming, CVS Healthcare, and numerous other Fortune 500 companies.

{Contest Intro:} We would like to design a graphical illustration that explains our complete A through Z process of recruiting software engineering candidates. This would include consolidating multiple documents into a single design (please note, multiple pages in order to the tell the story is acceptable, but no more than 3 pages in total). We want to convey our thorough and detailed process quickly and visually. The same colors and theme should be used in this document. {Format:} The contest winner will provide both a PDF and PowerPoint solution. {Misc Notes:} Consolidate these various, fragmented documents, into a new/fresh illustration that matches our new/fresh website design. It should flow as a cohesive, single sales and marketing document that explains how we have access to more than 500,000 technical professionals across North America and Europe. How we safeguarded against identity fraud or cheating during any part of the interview and onboarding process. How we follow a thorough and consistent process for authenticating identity, how we measure technical competency, and how we capture live coding during the technical assessment.
