Review and permitting of construction projects. Target audience for this project is homeowners, small business, contractors, real estate professionals.

Illustration for tri-fold brochure. Illustration is to convey options for meeting fire code requirements for a single-family residence. Technical details need to be conveyed accurately through image. Space available is 6.5" wide x 8.5" tall. Must be legible in color and black and white. Title in upper left hand corner. Font size for tile around 20 point. Arial preferred font for all text. Orange, red, and black are main colors used in the brochure so far. Cowlitz County is in the pacific northwest. Vegetation and surroundings should be "local". See attached sketch. And note "spark arrestor" is mis-spelled in attached sketch...
