Water leak detection - NON DESTRUCTIVE

Cartoon with plumber searching for water leak... Our new business department is in charge for non destructive water leak detection service. We have specialized technicians and equipment to find leaking water pipes without making damages to the building by drilling holes in tiles and walls. To illustrate what has been done until now, we want to have cartoon that shows a traditionnal plumber with his basic tools (hammer and wrench) destroying half the bathroom to find the pipes and the leakage. To make the cartoon funny, (see attached self made drawing), I want to add a picture of the appartment above the bathroom where the plumber is desperately looking for the leakage, where there is a overflooding bath tub with running water and a kid playing in the 'pool'. It needs to show that leakages can be obvious, but you need to check the right way.
