Can we build a DNA molecule from text?

I want someone to work on 2 illustrations that i'll use on a research paper. Since the document it is in its nature a scientific research paper, I'd like to have the illustrations simple, clean and elegant. Preferably with light background that allows me to use them also in a public presentation. The first one its an adaptation of a graphic where i've included some text boxes. The second is, some how more creative: inpsired by molecular biology processes, I've adapted the concept to text from 2 different documents. The first step is building a DNA molecule from the main text, second step is building a RNA molecule from the processed initial text and the third step is to show the potential connections to additional sets of text that are shown as ribosomes in this analogy. I've attached both sketchs to this briefing to use as a starting reference.
