In late 2017 and early 2018, I was commissioned for a series of product labels for a limited run of wines under the Disorderly Conduct banner. Available in three varieties – cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, and pinotage – these designs are delightfully chaotic.
Already distinguished by three bold color stories, I used riot imagery, grungy halftone textures and carefully placed ransom letter clippings to further capture the audacious spirit of the brand and define a unique experience for each drink.")

Hoddles Creek Estate have spent the last few years revamping their wine labels and when it came time to freshen up their Wickhams Road brand, I went to work on a sophisticated, modern proposal for one of their most upscale variety of wines.
Meticulous coffee-colored lines plot out the information that was required on the label. Production year, pinot noir identifier, winemaker details, and alcoholic content are easily identifiable sat inside various open spaces within the pattern. Sharp typography against a slightly distressed texture and rich cod gray background pairs perfectly for this elegant beverage.")

The labels needs to look elegant and clean and it should be very font driven. Although both labels will not need to be identical, they need to be recognisable as belonging to the same 'family' of wines.
The labels needs to stand out on a crowded shelf and be very easily noticed from 4-5 feet away. Please put all your designs either by themselves or if you put it on a bottle please use a traditional claret bottle for the red labels, and a chardonnay bottle for the white labels.
We will require two versions of each each label, one with colours predominantly lighter and greener for the white varieties, and a darker / red label for the red varieties.")

Since there are many extension i wanted to set the branding rules first so all the rest can follow same style.
Large bold names are easily spotted as well as nice vintage style illustrations. There is follow up copy from Wikipedia about each of the animals and also Latin name for each on top of the illustration.
