We primarily cater to an audience that ranges from 13 to 35. 3. Our clothing brand focuses on both males & females alike that are physically fit and love to have fun while being strong, sexy, edgy, racy and yet very classy as well as independent. We are targeting an audience that stands out in the crowd and chooses to be different from the norms of society today... "EXTREME" We are not our parents surf clothing company. 4. THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM OF THREE (3) WINNERS FOR THIS CONTEST. * We will be picking 10 finalists and their best submission(s) will be placed on our Facebook page. * There will be a period of 10 calendar days that each design will have an opportunity to be voted on and the three (3) designs that receive the most votes will be awarded as the winner(s) to receive compensation previously agreed upon, submitted as well as paid through "99 designs." 5. We are looking for a brand new design that is specifically customized for a man's long sleeve T-shirt and Hoodie. 6. We will require a design that encompasses the following: A. Front Shirt Design B. Back Shirt Design (Complimentary To The Front With Variances). C. Shoulder & Arm Design (Long Sleeved Garment). D. Patches (3) Used for accentuating garment (Hood, Shoulder & Front). E. Inside Tag (Private Label Purposes). F. Hang Tag (Custom) Retail Display. G. Delivered in Vector, JPG, PDF, MIN - 300 DPI. 7. We desire designs that are very Aggressive as well as edgy, different from the stereo-typical surf clothing brands from the past, meaning no palm trees, sea shells & rainbows etc. 8. SURF RIPPER ® is hard edged, sexy, racy & somewhat gothic without being pornographic or satanic in any way. 9. The designs need to be no more than three colors. * The use of only two colors will be best! 10. We are looking for a "BIKER-STYLE" look but designed for "Hard - Core Surfers." We have enclosed several attachments below of design styles that we like but we insist that they are not copied. * These attachments are only used so that the designer can understand the flavor of what we are attempting to capture. There are also some examples of our existing logo's as well. 12. Very Important! The designs that are submitted must be original and unpublished. Participants must ensure that all elements & graphics that are used in their proposals are free and clear of any previous trademark status and or existing copyright. Our company SURF RIPPER ® will be exempt from any liability in the event that the winning proposal(s) may contain any images used without the express permission of the author or owner.
